Disney+’s Loki series introduced several new variables to the MCU including the TVA, the notion that Infinity Stones are paperweights, and helped usher in the Kang Dynasty. At the end of Ant-Man and Wasp: Quantumania, we saw Loki (Tom Hiddleston) and Mobius (Owen Wilson) witness Victor Timely, a Kang variant (Jonathan Majors), use his advanced tech to wow a crowd in what appears to be the late 1800s.

It’s been two years since Loki debuted on the streaming service, and it’s about to return a day earlier. Initially scheduled for October 6, Loki Season 2 will premiere on October 5. It might not seem like much, but it’s a pattern that Disney+ has been doing recently. It’ll be interesting to see if they follow suit with other shows in the pipeline.
